Integration controls is an Enterprise feature that allows organization admins and owners to enable integrations that your team can use at the organization level. This feature will hide integrations and LLMs that aren’t enabled in-app for most users, while organization and project admins can still see all integration options in their respective control pages.

How do I set organization-level integration controls?

To set organization-level integration controls, you must have an Enterprise subscription and be an organization admin or owner.
  1. Click ‘Settings’ in the sidebar of Relevance AI
  2. Then, click ‘Integration controls’
  3. From this page, you can quickly toggle all integrations on or off
  4. To toggle a specific integration on or off, click the toggle next to the integration
  5. You can also use the search bar to find an integration

Understanding integration dependencies

The Integration Controls panel displays a “Used by” annotation beneath each integration toggle. This shows which native tool steps depend on that integration, so you can see the potential impact before enabling or disabling it. For example:
  • Serper shows “Used by: Google Search”
  • Browserless shows “Used by: Web Scrape, Extract Content”
Use these annotations to audit your organization’s tool dependencies and make informed decisions when managing integrations.
